Ingredients:
500 gm Boneless chicken cut into cubes or straight thin cuts.
500gm Alfredo fettuccine pasta.
1 packet cream nestle or olper.
1/2 c. butter.
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese plus more for sprinkling.
(Use grater) kadokash
Freshly ground black pepper or white pepper (I use white pepper).
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (I have a bottle to sprinkle) not necessary.
2tbsp oregano (spice in bottle) send u pics.
Salt.
Ginger garlic paste.
So ya sauce 2 tsp.
Milk.
Vinegar 1 tsp.
If u want capsicum cut into straight slices and onion take out each layer.

DIRECTIONS
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and add 2 tsp salt /2 tsp oil .Add the pasta, and boil according to package directions until tender but still slightly firm. Strain, and toss with a splash of oil.
(Tips:Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water then drain put 2 tsp oil in boiling water)
- Meanwhile, slice the chicken into 1/4-inch-thick strips.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and add 2 tablespoons of the butter/oil. Add ginger garlic paste ,season with a little salt soya sauce vinegar white-pepper.When the butter melts, raise the heat to medium-high and add the chicken in 1 layer. Cook, without moving the pieces, until the underside has browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip the pieces, and cook until browned and fully cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes more. Transfer the chicken to a medium bowl.
(Either use the same container or do it and then mix)
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet (Tips:reduce the heat to medium) add the remaining 6 tablespoons butter. When the butter has mostly melted, whisk in the cream and milk and bring to a simmer, then cook for 2 minutes. Whisk in crushed Parmesan and Oregano 2tsp.
(Tips:Lower the heat to keep the sauce just warm.Scrape the bottom of the skillet with a wooden spoon to release any browned bits. )
- Add the chicken and cooked pasta, and toss well Until coated in sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot in heated bowls.
(Tips:If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Garnish with oregano /parsley / Parmesan cheese crushed and serve immediately.)
