Persian Potato and Meat Balls
Ingredients:

400 gm beef mince
3-4 potatoes ( boiled and mashed)
2 medium onion (fine chopped)
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
2 green chilies (chopped)
1/4 cup parsley chopped
2 cups bread crumbs
Oil for shallow frying

Procedure:

Add meat, boiled and mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, eggs, salt, black pepper and parsley in a bowl and mix well.
Now take 2-3 tbsp of mixture on your hand and make balls, then flatten them to make thick cutlets.
Now roll in bread crumbs and fry on slow flame till they are golden from outer side and well cooked in inner side.
Serve with chutney or sauce.

Chutney Sandwich

Chutney sandwich:
Ingredients:
1 cup green coriander
1/2 cup mint leaves
4-5 green chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
6-8 bread slices
4 tbsp butter
1 tomato thinly sliced
1 cucumber thinly sliced
Method:
Grind fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, garlic, cumin seed and lemon juice to make a chutney.
Take bread slices and spread butter evenly on each slices, now spread chutney on the slices.
Arrange tomato and cucumber slices and bring together the bread slices to form a sandwich.
Slice and serve.

Chewy-Brownies
Ingredients:
Butter                    4 oz
Brown Sugar          4 oz
Eggs                      3
Vanilla                   1 tsp
Cocoa Powder        2 oz
Flour                     3 oz
Baking Powder       1 tsp
Dates                    4 oz
Walnuts                2 oz
Milk                      ½ cup
Sugar                   4 oz
Cooking Sugar       2 oz

Icing:
Chocolate             4 oz
Cream                 ½ cup
Butter                  2 oz
Icing Sugar          4 oz
Vanilla                 ½ tsp
Cocoa Powder      2 tsp

For Icing:
Cook together and cool, drizzle it on the brownies.

Method:
Sieve together cocoa, flour and baking powder. Beat butter and sugar, add eggs. Fold in the flour and essence. Add dates and walnuts, bake for ½ hour at 200 c, cool and ice the brownies.
