Garlic Chicken


Preparation: 25              Cooking: 15               Serving: 4

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast:       2
Black Pepper:          2 tsp
Salt:                         ½ tsp
Oil:                           2 tbsp
Ingredients For Sauce:
Garlic:                      1 tbsp
Soy Sauce:               4 tbsp
Lemon Juice:           2 tbsp
Chilli Garlic Sauce: 4 tbsp
Oil:                           1 tbsp
Noodles for serving

Method:


  • In  a  chicken breast add black pepper, salt and leave it for half an hour and fry in hot oil.
  • For making  sauce:
  • Heat oil add garlic and fry.
  • When aroma comes add soy sauce, lemon juice, chilli garlic sauce, ½ cup of water and cook for 5 minutes.
  • After this, add fried chicken mix.
  • Serve with  noodles.
