Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
- Hung curd 125 gm
- Salt to taste
- Egg 1
- Oil for fry
- Ingredients for Batter
- Flour 250 gm
- Sesame seeds 50 gm
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl marinate ½ kg chicken with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp soya sauce
Add 1 tsp Chinese salt, salt to taste, 125 gm thick yogurt and 1 egg.
In another bowl mix together 250 gm flour, 50 gm sesame seeds
Add salt to taste, ½ tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp chili powder and water as required.
Mix well and make batter of medium consistency.
Dip marinated chicken pieces in prepared batter one by one and deep fry till golden brown.
