Chicken Patties

Preparation: 15 min. Cooking: 15 min. Serving: 4

Ingredients:
  • Puff paste                           250 gm
  • Chicken boneless              125 gm
  • Onions sliced                      1
  • Black pepper                      1 tsp
  • Wheat Flour                        4 tbsp
  • Salt                                         ½ tsp
  • Egg                                         1
  • Oil                                          4 tbsp
  • Butter                                    3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion and chicken.
  2. Now add salt and water its come on boil then cook 20 minutes for 20 minutes till then water dry.
  3. Then Shereded chicken with hand and mix wheat flour and butter.
  4. Now in chicken mix water and black pepper then remove and cool.
  5. Then puff pastes rolling and make round tikya and cuted then fill in mid chicken mixture and egg wash.
  6. Now keep second round tikya and egg wash
  7. Then bake in oven for 15 minutes on 200 degree then remove and serve.
