Stains on Clothes..?

If you got stains (marks) on you white clothes than take cornflour mix it with water and put it in the effected area when it gets dry then remove it. After that take lemon water put salt on it leave it for a while then remove it Now take Stains remove spray and spray the effected area. Wash your clothe and iron immediately.

If you have a mark on your color shirt than use Tatri instead of cornflour and follow the same procedure above.

For a Fresh and glowing Skin:


Take 2 table spoons of yogurt and add 3 drops of white vinegar. Apply it to face for 10 mins and wash it off. It will make your skin glow and make it look like you just got a facial done.

For face swelling in the morning:

Take a small bowl of warm water and add mustard powder to it. Soak in a small towel and dab on your face. It will reduce the swelling.

For dark marks:

Apply rose water to skin atleast 3 to 4 times a day. It will make the dark marks go away and make your skin glow.

POWDERED SUGAR REPLACEMENT


Yield: 1 servings

2 c Nonfat dry milk powder

1 c Granulated sugar replacement

2 c Cornstarch

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whip until well blended and powdered. Transfer to airtight container. Recipe Yield: 4 cups replacement - for use in making desserts.

Diabetic exchange: 1 bread OR 1/2 nonfat milk & 1/2 bread. Calories for 1/4 c = 81

COCOA CAKE




Yield: 16 servings

1/2 c Cocoa;

1/2 ts Cream of tartar;

1/2 c Boiling water;

1/3 c Sugar;

3/4 c (1 1/2 sticks) margarine @ Room temperature

2 1/2 c Cake flour;

1 ts Baking soda;

Liquid sugar substitute equal To 1/2 cup sugar

2 ts Baking powder;

To 1/2 cup sugar;

1/4 ts Salt;

2 ts Vinilla;

1/2 ts Cinnamon;

3 Large egg whites;@ rm temp;

1 c Cool water;

Mix together cocoa and boiling water to blend and set aside to cool to room temperature. Cream margarine at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add sweetener and vanilla to creamed mixture, along with cooled cocoa mixture. Mix at medium speed until well blended. Beat egg whites at medium speed until foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat at high speed, gradually adding sugar, to form a meringue. Set aside for alter use. Stir together flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to blend well. Add 1 cup water to creamed mixture along with flour mixture. Beat at medium speed for 1-2 minutes or until well blended. Stir batter carefully into pans that have been greased with margarine and lined on the bottom with wax paper. Bake @ 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes, on until a cake tester comes out clean from the center of the cake and the cake pulls away from the sides of the pan. Turn cake out onto a cake cooler, remove the paper, and cool to room temperature. Put diabetic jelly between the cake layers and frost at the last minute with Fluffy Frosting. Cut cake into 16 equal servings.

Apple Pie

Yield: 8 servings












3/4 c Sugar replacement *

3 c Tart apples, peeled, cored-and thinly sliced

2 TB Flour

1/2 ts Cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg and salt , 2 tb Diet margarine

Pastry for 2 nine inch Pie crust

* Measurement is for non-nutritive sweetener to equal same measurement in sugar.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine sweetener, flour, spices, and salt; mix with apples. Line pie-plate with pastry; fill with apple mixture; dot with margarine. Place top crust on pie; sprinkle with sugar substitute if desired. Bake about 50 minutes or until done. Makes 8 servings.

ROASTED RED PEPPER SALSA RECIPE


For this Salsa recipe you will need:
  • 6-8 large tomatoes, seeded
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers (more if you want it hotter)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • juice of one lime
  • salt
  • pepper
place peppers on cookie sheet and roast in 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. When peppers are cool remove seeds and dice.
Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds with a spoon. Dice tomato meat and onion and place in large bowl with diced peppers and chopped garlic. Add lime juice and cilantro and season with salt and fresh ground black pepper. Toss to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
